The journey through the limbs guides us further and further toward self-realization so that we may connect with the divine light within and remember how to let it shine! 🌟 It is the path of the light worker, ascension warrior yogi leading us out of maya and into divine truth. The 8 limbs (ashtanga) of yoga are outlined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras which act as a guide for the seeker on the spiritual journey of awakening & remembering.
