Looking for a little flow? Build some heat with this dynamic 1hr Vinyasa Flow class! Kirana will guide you every step of the way through building strength, alignment and balance; however, this class is recommended for those with some experience practicing yoga and that you always work at your own pace and never do anything you are not comfortable with - your body is always your best teacher and yoga is here to teach us to listen every step of the way. While it is also wonderful to challenge ourselves, we must be mindful that every day, in fact every moment, our bodies are different - so what worked for us yesterday may not be right for us today and we must respect and honour that. The more we learn to listen to our own bodies, the more they can communicate with us on subtler levels - of all the layers and the many dimensions of bodies that make up our divine being, the physical body is often the loudest and the least heard.
