ॐ What are the 8 Limbs of Yoga & what do we learn by studying them? .. 

ॐ The 8 Limbs of Yoga form the different aspects of the yogic path that when practised together, enhance our lives and well-being in every way - they guide us toward the inner light of awareness. The journey through the limbs guides us further and further toward self-realization so that we may connect with the divine light within and remember how to let it shine! 🌟 It is the path of the light worker, ascension warrior yogi leading us out of maya and into divine truth. The 8 limbs (ashtanga) of yoga are outlined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras which act as a guide for the seeker on the spiritual journey of awakening & remembering. 

Sutra” means to “connect” or a “golden thread” or “line” that holds things together.

Yoga is the journey of remembering who we are! The deeper we go, the more we realize just how powerful humanity is to transform ourselves, our reality & the world from within!
