After just having wrapped up our first ever Virtual Ascension Yoga Teacher Training Retreat, we felt it was important for us to share our deepest gratitude and excitement about this incredible experience! 🦋
We know many of you are looking for an experience such as this one - a way to dive deeper into your personal yoga practise, walk the yogic path and integrate the deeper wisdom of YOGA into your daily lives. And for those of you feeling the call to begin teaching in your community and online, right now is an opportunity to become certified for Yoga Alliance approval all from home.
In light of world events, Yoga Alliance has - for the first time ever - allowed for contact hours to be fulfilled virtually and we have done our very best to rise to the challenge. Along with our existing, well-established online Yoga School Program, we collaborated with Soul Ascension Teachers from around the world and presented our first Virtual Ascension Yoga Retreat in April.

Transitioning from fully planned in person Costa Rica retreats to doing everything online was not something any of us were expecting but from Iceland, New York, Calgary, Vancouver & Costa Rica, we pulled together an incredible team of Teachers & Guides and together with an absolutely AMAZING group of students from around the world, we ALL moved through a transformative and powerful 11 days of yoga, meditation and ascension knowledge! 🌟
Together we truly RISE and we couldn’t be more grateful to the many brilliant & beautiful Souls who joined us on this educational and deeply spiritual journey. 🧘🏽♀️

The Virtual Retreats are hosted in a private Facebook group via LIVE broadcasts within FB, as well as group ZOOM calls!
During the first Virtual Retreat students enjoyed sharing in the group very much and together we transformed, learned so much, activated and evolved our Beings.
The May retreat will run from May 1-15th with 3 break / integration days during the two weeks. The day starts at 7am PST and ends between 6 and 7pm PST, with occasional extra offerings in the evenings. You will be required to view ALL Live Video Contact Hours in order to qualify for Yoga Alliance certification. However, you may rewatch any sessions or classes missed due to work / other life commitments and all will be saved in the private Facebook group, categorized and listed in a comprehensive email following the retreat for your reference and assurance that nothing is missed.
