WHO ARE WE?
Soul Ascension Healing Arts (SAHA for short) is a collective of beautiful and powerful souls connected around the world endeavouring to raise and expand our individual consciousness, as well as the collective vibrations of Soul Earth. We believe that TOGETHER we RISE in co-creative magick, alignment and divine flow!
We are a soul collective of yogis, healers, dreamers, weavers, story-tellers, mothers, fathers, teachers, gardeners, techies, artists, musicians, starseeds and many more seekers of their own inherent Divine Knowledge and Truth!
SAHA was founded in 2014 when Tahawa Eli iTruth, a Psychic Healer and Spirit Medium, re-aligned with his own yogic path and was guided to create SAHA as a way to help heal and raise consciousness on Mother Earth. As one of the ORIGINAL ONLINE YOGA SCHOOLS, we were able to adapt quickly to the lockdowns and have continued to expand and connect with incredible Lightworkers around the world (and beyond!)
Within the SAHA collective there are many AMAZING teachers, guides and souls looking to connect more deeply with themselves as well as with other individuals who want to see humanity reclaim the Earth in LOVE.

WHAT ARE WE?
Through the ancient and truly cosmic art and science of yoga, as well as many other healing arts and consciously creative endeavours, SAHA has evolved into an online community that truly resonates as SOUL FAMILY. Throughout the vast and recent global changes, we have held each other strong and found the yogic magick of turning our obstacles in life into the opportunities for growth they are intended to be!
A YOGA SCHOOL
200hr YTT
Part of the SAHA collective is the Soul Ascension Yoga School that offers Yoga Alliance Approved & Certified 200hr and 300hr YTT (yoga teacher trainings) online, as well as in-person. Those interested in becoming a Yoga Teacher may register from anywhere in the world and work at their pace alongside their daily lives. Contact hours are required by Yoga Alliance and therefore, we incorporated a 10day retreat into the training for those who require the YA stamp and those who wish to be part of a yoga retreat and graduate in person! We have hosted YTT retreats in many places of the world including Costa Rica, Jamaica, Iceland, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Canada and more!
2020 was our first year hosting full online trainings, including 2 week virtual retreats (contact hours). It was an exciting year with several virtual events expanding and deepening the circles’ global connections whilst certifying many new Yoga Teachers who are now teaching in many different corners of the world!
300hr YTT
2020 also found us taking our 300hr YTT virtual and re-creating and re-designing the course manual and online experience alongside it! The current 300hr group is still intimate, but growing, making it a great time to join, meet new souls and make new friends! Several of the current 300hr students are also graduates of the 200hr program and some are doing both concurrently in order to achieve their 500hr certification! (Please email us if this is what you would like to do and we will customize the program for you!)
The nice thing about being a smaller school looking to grow meaningfully and purposefully, we feel, is that we are able to offer the kind of space and time needed to properly evolve and integrate a yoga teacher training. We welcome our students to come back and teach with us and have many online student-led teaching opportunities for building experience during training.

We are blessed to have a team of highly gifted and conscious teachers and guides sharing their extensive experience and knowledge working and co-creating in magick with all of our different programs!
Tahawa Eli iTruth (E-RYT 500) and Iris (E-RYT 500) are currently lead trainers for the 200hr & 300hr YTTs with regularly scheduled weekly live online yoga classes and Satsangs as part of the ongoing trainings.

Yoga For The Soul
For those who do not necessarily wish to become studio teachers, but who desire a deeper connection with your own Soul healing and purpose, SAHA offers the 200hr YTT at a discounted price - this does not include Yoga Alliance certification (but may always be added later if you change your mind), but it does include all the same course and materials, as well as the community support via group zoom calls, special events and retreats if you wish!
Our graduates tend to stay connected with us in collaborative efforts that have organically helped EVERYONE INVOLVED to expand and grow! Our trainings are not designed to “mill out” yoga teachers, but rather, to offer guidance, connection and support for those genuinely looking to align with their Soul’s purpose and dharma.

DIVINE LIGHT ENERGY HEALING CERTIFICATION
An original course in its design and flow, Divine Light Energy Healing is a channeled course that guides you through activating and advancing your natural and inherent healing powers. Energy Healing is an ancient art beyond time - it is the art of Alchemy, transformation and manifestation and it is available to everyone on some level.
Originally channeled and created through Tahawa Eli iTruth in 2014, the Divine Light Energy Healing Course is offered in 3 levels: self-healing, group healing and collective healing. The course is designed to activate latent Soul gifts, dormant DNA, clear, balance and charge your energetic bodies and step into your Divine power as a Healer!
Each level comes with a beautiful manual, 1-on-1 sessions with Tahawa Eli iTruth, as well as an online portal with instructional videos, guided meditations and soul journeys to help you connect deeply with the work.

Throughout the year we regularly offer weekend workshops, monthly ceremonies and empowering webinars for anyone wishing to join! We do not have the time or the interest to “flood your inbox” with emails so you can rest assured that we will not be doing that, but will endeavour to keep you informed of spontaneous and / or upcoming events, retreats and new offerings as they become available.
RE-CONNECT to Your NATURE
This seasonal wknd retreat is offered by two incredible and powerful Nature Goddesses, Iris and Lottie, who both live in the Netherlands and will show you how to harvest and forage wild edibles, make healing tinctures from wild plants and “weeds”, and cultivate healing, nature-based yogic and meditative healing rituals.
Each Re-Connect Nature retreat includes a wondrous Cacao Ceremony, a “Wisdom of Weeds” workshop specifically pertaining to the season as well as guided yoga and meditation. Ground and connect to Mother Nature, Soul Earth and your own Divine Nature by connecting to the nature within and all around!

A SANGHA (COMMUNITY)
SUNDAYS at 11:11am Anyone who has registered for ANY of our courses, workshops, trainings or retreats, is welcome to join us for our WEEKLY Sunday Sangha (community) Online Zoom Call!
Every Sunday (with some exceptions) Tahawa Eli and Christina hold space during an online community zoom call. Students may ask questions about their assignments and studies, updates and announcements are made, and everyone shares how life is flowing for them in a safe and sacredly held space for healing, reflection, connecting and growth. Calls are sprinkled with guided meditations and musical interludes, as well as the occasional surprise!
The Sunday calls are just about everyone’s favourite time to connect - whether we are 3 or 30 or more gathered online, there is always time and space held for those who wish to share and those who wish to listen as you feel called!
