I just finished the SAHA YTT 200 YOGA teacher training online August Retreat. I am 60 years young and a few years ago I though I was in for bad health and sadness for life. I started doing online YOGA daily during the pandemic I lost 20 lbs was calmer and happier. One day I woke up and said I can be the healthiest I have ever been with Yoga and I can teach others to be as well.
