Blessings to this day, this opportunity to experience life anew and welcome here to another step along the journey of Ascension, the embodiment of Awakening, the amplification of Enlightenment! Namaskar and Namaste to you divine reflection! We, the guides and star allies come to you now with messages of inspiration to inspire you to continue to follow the path of truth, love and light! When you feel heavy or stuck, we are there praying for you from beyond the veil, encouraging you to take yourself up from the depths of your pain and into the heights of your light. Now is the time on this earth that we encourage you to release the path of suffering and bring your consciousness into even deeper alignment with The Path of Ascension.

It is for this very reason, of a great required shift in consciousness that we come through now to bring you a daily path you can take to bring you into connection with yourself and the great goal of the collective awakening of humanity into a state of unconditional love and miraculous manifestation. This channeled publication will be brought forth to you each day from this day forth (February 1st 2022) until such a time as the channels agree to release it to you for integration and review. The initial path will last 90 days and each day will offer a path to self healing and transformation of your life that will be interwoven into your greater goal of raising your vibration and living the best life you can possibly imagine for yourself and more as you open to the infinite possibilities the universe invites us into NOW! SO, without further ado, we bring to you…

The Path of Ascension Vol. 2 - The Path of Awareness

Dear consciousness within,

The Path we present to you today for your journey of ascension is The Path of Awareness. To be aware is one of our greatest gifts as forms of consciousness experiencing life. Many of us go about our daily lives largely unaware we do not mean around simple things, mundane tasks, the basics of life whatever that means to you in your state of being. We mean True Awareness a state described and prescribed to humanity by gurus and saints, gods and goddesses, enlightened beings and ascended masters, many way-showers have done their absolute best to demonstrate and map out the many ways humans have available to us to reach the potential of our consciousness. One of the basics of levelling up or upgrading ones consciousness is cultivating a state of awareness or mindfulness. This means not only doing, but reflecting on doing, while being mindful of what one is doing and how it is affecting the environment around, this means cultivating a state of mind which is wired to take actions as often as possible which reflect and create a state and environment of truth, consciousness and bliss, generated by the energy of unconditional love in oneness with creation.

It is important for humanity to remember now that the state of awareness is a choice to be mindful of how ones actions affect the collective, it is also important to remember that this is the natural state of all sentient beings across the universe, there are factors such as conditioning, karma, programming and lower density thought forms which create an energy of separation from soul and thereby create a state of unawareness. When we go about living in an unaware state it does not mean we are non functional it means we are likely taking actions which are not in the highest good of our beings or those of others, we may be indulging in habits and not really giving it any thought, we may be stuck in negative thinking patterns and wondering why we do not feel happy, the important piece of the puzzle here is to realize that everything is energy, thought is energy and thought affects energy which affects matter to some degree. Everything in the universe is generated by consciousness, there may be many facets of consciousness which make up the whole and some with a greater intelligent design than perhaps us, however, no matter where you seek, we find that somewhere along the way we all originate from the same source of creation!

The source of creation is consciousness, consciousness and thought are essentially the same energy, it is what you do with awareness of the thoughts which creates consciousness. You can be aware of even your negative thinking without judging yourself for having a “negative” thought. You are the master of your mind, you are the co-creator with the consciousness of the universe and you DO have the power to change your thinking if you choose to. How wonderful is that to know? You have the power in your hands, heart and head to change everything you can hope to change, it simply takes doing the inner work to create awareness which allows new perspectives to be formed.

Awareness is about taking a little extra time to breathe within and between thoughts, words and actions. Everything we do can be turned into an opportunity for meditation. Everything we do is an opportunity for personal improvement and spiritual growth. You are a co-creator with the universe and the vibration of your mind is the vibration of your world. So, whether you are a practiced meditator or not, it is no problem, you can cultivate a state of awareness and this awareness can help you expand your perceptions. In order to ascend, which is really the integration of the higher self here on this earth, one must be able to open up the perception to greater possibilities, deeper experiences, wider senses, more powerful abilities and miraculous manifestations! We are raising the vibrations not escaping the circumstance, we have the power to change it all through integration of the higher dimensions of consciousness and that is one of the reasons you are here now reading this! Thank you for being here.

Now, you may be wondering, how to get into this state? How do I become Aware?

Well, it starts with some simple changes to your habits, start with the mind…. consider the exercise below:

  1. Take 12 deep slow breaths, filling your diaphragm with every breath and breathing out with a big sigh “HAAAA” breath. After this, maintain a deep slow intentional breathing pattern as you move through the rest of the exercise.

  2. Ask yourself, what are my first thoughts like in the morning? Write what comes to you in your journal.

  3. Reflect on these thoughts, read them to yourself and feel how they make you feel when you say them aloud.

  4. Now write down how those thoughts make you feel.

  5. Read out those feelings to yourself, then read the thoughts again.

  6. What comes to you now? Do the energy of the thoughts change? Do you have some ideas for new thoughts you could write down and work towards thinking in the morning?

  7. Take note of the time on the clock, Journal for 5 to 10 minutes about what you could change or keep about your first thoughts in the morning and if they feel harmonious with a state of truth, consciousness and bliss. Reflect on how you feel now after going through this exercise.

  8. Shake your body out however you feel then return to 12 deep slow breaths with “HAAA” exhales. After this rest for two minutes in a meditative stance, seat or savasana as you feel called, be mindful of what you need to do next in your day for how to place your energy, if you have a busy task next perhaps stand or sit, if you have a relaxing time next perhaps, lie down.

  9. As you go about your day; check in with yourself, “what are my first thoughts about this …..” apply this to your tasks for the day, this meeting, this job, this play date, making lunch, going out, what are your first thoughts? Simply take note, be aware of them, allow them to be there just as you normally would but acknowledge each energy and vibration coming through the mind and cultivate the awareness you seek.

Another few wonderful, tried and true ways to cultivate awareness are through meditation and/ or meditative movement, yoga asana is one example, mindful walking is another, whirling, mantra japa practice, dharana meditation, sacred rituals, grounding, pranayama, nature therapies, tai chi, qi gong, drum and dance circles, and there are many other ways, as many ways as minds in fact. Now the previous are all spiritually inclined practices, spirituality is not the only way to cultivate awareness however there is no true spirituality without awareness, they are intrinsically linked but one can cultivate states of awareness through many other ways we may not expect and sometimes this opens us up to spiritual experiences which also “wake us up” some of these other ways include but are not limited to: parenting, caregiving to humans and pets, dancing, boxing, mma, most sports require one to cultivate a state of awareness and focus on the particular role and effect of that role of each person involved, cooking and baking even more so when many dishes, big groups or commercially/industrially, crochet, knitting, some video games although other states of awareness can be destroyed by excess, supervising projects and staff, hunting, gardening and farming, and of course, STUDYING AND LEARNING NEW THINGS!

Every day is a new day, every moment is a new moment, the more aware we are of each moment the more we get the privilege to experience the miracles, the beauty and the blessings of the moment. Take an extra moment to breathe with every thought, word and action and you will definitely become more aware of the subtle energies and deeper feelings driving your actions. You have the ability to become attuned to your body, mind and spirit to such a degree that you can change your state of being and health through consciousness alone, we are here to allow you to know that you have this ability waiting for you on the other side of awareness. What moments are you missing? Where are you not paying attention or being present in your life? Do you give a moment to relish in the beauty and blessings of your actions? Are you able to be present with your breath and present with your own thoughts? Awareness is calling you! Take some time to be with yourself today, check in with you, check in with the universe, with life, with consciousness. Breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes and be held in the arms of creation, the consciousness of oneness from where we all originate is calling you home!
