AN EVOLUTION IN YOGA

Students will be provided a calendar of upcoming SAHA events with scheduling flexibility for students to gather all required synchronistic “contact” hours, observation hours, and facilitation hours. These will be provided through our virtual communities and weekly LIVE classes, workshops, satsangs and sharing circles.

Our 300HR students are guided through a process of deepening into their own soul’s teachings. You will be guided to advance and deepen your practise and knowledge of asana, pranayama, meditation, kundalini, sound healing, mantra, energy medicine, theory, ancient history, yoga philosophy, lifestyle, practice and path.

We will help you form your practice and your offerings to resonate even more deeply with you and your students. This process of expansion and healing will increase your ability to reach even more students and provide an even deeper healing experience for theirs and your benefit!

SAHA’s 300hr YTT is currently offered online via our online portal of lessons and instructional videos - LIVE and pre-recorded classes and workshops will be offered throughout your training.  Evaluation of students is arranged via email, including written and video submissions; group zoom workshops and yoga classes will be offered - for those unable to make any live event recordings will be provided.

This program is designed to fit into your life while aligning you with your yogic path & dharma.

This training is for experienced students, teachers, trainers and yogis looking to deepen and expand their yoga practice; and it is for those seeking to earn their 500hr Yoga Alliance Credentials

All 300hr students will also have the opportunity to teach online within the SAHA community and participate alongside our facilitators and student teachers in a mentorship and observational role. We will be there for you throughout the process and in between as you gather the knowledge and hours to upgrade your life and credentials!
