Easter is a reminder of the Christ Consciousness, the energy of unconditional love found in the Christ and the Holy Mother. Here in Costa Rica, it is Semana Santa, a time when friends and family gather to celebrate and rest from work.
You will really notice the Costa Rican culture of gathering together to celebrate at this time. While we will have our own dream bubble at Tierra de Suenos the beach is only minutes away and we will get to spend lots of time connecting to the ocean.

***Yoga Teachers, this retreat will count as a 50HR Foundational Yin Yoga Training. You must graduate as or already be certified as a 200HR Certified Yoga Teacher to receive full certification to teach Yin. This retreat will be additionally tailored to you as a course in teaching Yin Yoga. You will be able to teach Yin Yoga fully, it is recommended to take an additional Yin Training of 50Hours to add Yin Yoga Teacher to your credentials and profile.
